Leggero — a manufacturer's entire dealer stack, rebuilt

We replaced a pediatric mobility manufacturer's $20–35K/yr legacy dealer tool with one owned operating system: storefront, live configurator, dealer portal, and operations console.

Leggero builds pediatric adaptive-mobility equipment. Their dealer network ran on a $20–35K/yr legacy tool that nobody loved — expensive, generic, and rigid. We replaced the whole thing with a single operating system they own.

The problem: renting a tool you can't change

The legacy dealer platform's pricing logic didn't match how Leggero actually quotes. Dealers leaned on email and phone calls. Nothing connected the marketing site, the quotes, the orders and the back office — so the team re-keyed the same information again and again.

Worse, none of it was theirs. The data, the workflows, the roadmap — all lived behind someone else's login, on someone else's terms.

What we built: one owned system, four surfaces

Each surface is purpose-built, but they're not four products — they're one system sharing a single database.

01 — Marketing storefront

A fast, editorial site that does more than look good — it routes every lead straight into the system and hands buyers a way to start configuring on their own.

02 — Online configurator

The exact product logic Leggero's team trusts — frame sizes, seating, finishes and accessories — in the customer's hands, with live pricing and an instant path to a quote.

03 — Dealer & partner portal

Dealers place and track orders, pull documents and reorder without a phone call. Branded, permissioned, and available the moment they log in.

04 — Operations console

The back office that runs it all — orders, quotes, the lead inbox, catalog and team governance — every surface writing to one source of truth.

The outcome: a stack they own and control

Leggero retired the legacy tool and its yearly bill. Dealers self-serve. Quotes carry the real pricing logic. The marketing site, configurator, portal and console all move the same data — so the team stopped re-keying and started operating.

We replaced a manufacturer's locked-in vendor platform with a system they own outright. We do the same for practices, shops and operators.
