About Auzi

We build the software businesses are supposed to run on.

Auzi is a vertical software studio. We pick a business, learn it cold, and build the complete operating system it runs on — then we run it alongside the team. One client at a time, custom-fit every time, owned outright by them.

Most software is rented, generic, and a little bit broken. We think that’s a choice — and we made the other one.

What we believe

Four convictions.

01

Software should fit the business

Not the other way around. We encode how you actually operate — your pricing, your approvals, your edge cases — instead of bending you to a generic SaaS.

02

Whole systems, not features

A configurator without a console is a toy. We build the complete operating system — front door to back office — so the whole operation moves as one.

03

Ownership is the point

Your data, your code, your roadmap. We hand over the keys. No platform you can be evicted from, no per-seat tax on your own growth.

04

Craft is non-negotiable

Anyone can ship a template. We ship work that looks and feels impossible to have come from one — because the software you run on should earn trust on sight.

The studio

Founder-led, senior, and small on purpose.

We stay small so the people who scope your system are the people who build it. No bench, no hand-offs, no diluted craft. Based in Texas; working with businesses that take their operations seriously.

Built in Austin. Shipped everywhere.

Close enough to sit at your counter, equipped to build software that competes with anyone’s.

Who builds it

Founder-built, not farmed out.

Ike Castillo

Founder

Auzi is led by a builder, not a sales team. Alongside client work, Ike built and runs WellState — an AI-native operations platform for upstream oil & gas, modeling 30 entities over a 1.2-million-well dataset. It’s the proof behind the promise: the person who scopes your system is the person who can architect something that deep.
